Tuscany bacon pancetta sliced in tray Tuscan bacon skilfully worked according to tradition

Obtained exclusively from meat of Italian pigs. The meat is trimmed to obtain the typical shape, then processed with salt, pepper and ne herbs. After a short ageing it is rolled-up and tied. Ageing lasts at least three months. When cut, it shows a bright red colour, is rich of spicy fragrances and features an intense taste.
