The breeding
The ancient oak woods of more than 40 hectares located at 700 meters in the hills of Barbischio in Gaiole in Chianti host our breeding farm of Cinta Senese. Here the animals live outdoors in a wooded environment of great naturalistic value.
The laboratory
Cipressi in Chianti company is born in Radda in Chianti, a medieval village renowned for the production of Chianti Classico wine and finds its ethical and professional foundation in the tradition of Tuscan crafts.
Butchery
The activity starts in a small place close to the ancient medieval walls of Radda in Chianti, located in Viale Venti Settembre. In this building we work the meat of our free range pigs.
The cellar
In the ancient cellar of the ‘500 we season our free range pig hams with natural method for a long period.
